SUSEONG CABLE handles information submitted with online quote requests as described below.
Information and purpose
To discuss a quote and review site requirements, we collect the company name, contact name, phone number, site location, inquiry and any optional attachments. Consent to this collection and use is required to submit an online quote request; you may decline, but the online form will then be unavailable.
You may attach up to 10 JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, XLS, XLSX or CSV files, each no larger than 20 MB.
Retention and deletion
General quote inquiries are kept for no more than one year from receipt. We delete them earlier when the purpose, such as the consultation, ends. An administrator deletes the inquiry and its attachments manually.
Whether separate legal retention applies to contract or transaction records, and for how long, is determined for each case.
Services used
Quote information is stored in Cloudflare D1 and attachments in Cloudflare R2. We send receipt notifications by email through Resend. The notification includes the company and contact names, phone number, site location, inquiry and a link for an administrator to view the request.
Attachment downloads require administrator authentication.
